EXPERIENCE

Barbara joined DTB in 2020 after earning her master’s degree at Faculty of Law, University in Zagreb. She has proven to be a valuable member of the corporate and commercial and M&A team.
Barbara provides clients daily corporate support; participates in preparing data for due diligence procedures, negotiating, drafting various commercial agreements, general terms and conditions and other corporate documents and is also engaged in drafting briefs, legal opinions and memorandums, as well as in updating clients on changes and amendments of the local laws.  
Barbara was trained under the mentorship of DTB’s most experienced senior attorneys and partners, assisting them with drafting, creation and registration of SPAs and STAs.  In addition, she has also graduated at Penn State Law in USA, where she obtained her LL.M. degree in corporate practice area.
