PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

As an attorney specialized in competition law, Ana-Maria  drafts merger notifications, provides assistance with the merger clearance process, prepares defence against allegations concerning cartels or dominance abuse, analyses horizontal and vertical agreements, advises clients on eligibility criteria, and reviews notifications of subsidies or aids.

Ana-Maria is also experienced in public procurement matters, providing daily advice to clients on all aspects of the public procurement process. Her work in this field involves advice on compliance matters and best strategies in practice, as well as negotiations on public contracts, and appeal processes.

Her legal practice in the real estate sector includes assistance with project development and property management, commercial leasing, drafting of agreements, due diligence analysis, preparation of documentation and other transactional support in complex projects.
