As an attorney specialized in competition law, Ana-Maria drafts merger notifications, provides assistance with the merger clearance process, prepares defence against allegations concerning cartels or dominance abuse, analyses horizontal and vertical agreements, advises clients on eligibility criteria, and reviews notifications of subsidies or aids.
Ana-Maria is also experienced in public procurement matters, providing daily advice to clients on all aspects of the public procurement process.
