Possehl Digital's partnership with Mono

Possehl Group, the German industrial and technological giant, becomes a strategic partner of Mono, the largest IT company in Osijek, through the investment of Possehl Digital in a minority share in Mono.

Hermann Schäfer, Managing Director at Possehl Digital, expressed his profound enthusiasm about the respective strategic alliance stating: “… Together we want to take the digital transformation of medium-sized industrial companies in Germany and Europe to the next level. DTB’s team led by senior partner Damir Topić and attorney Dina Salapić advised Possehl on all aspects of the acquisition.
