PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sanja is primarily involved in real estate law, in addition to which she often tackles issues concerning intellectual property, and corporate and commercial law. Sanja is known for her accomplishments in domestic and cross-border transactions, especially those related to real estate. She regularly provides support to both domestic and foreign clients and investors in all aspects of commercial and real estate law, with special emphasis on project development and management.

She mostly applies herself to the drafting and negotiation of contracts for clients from an array of industries, including purchase and sale, retail, tourism, and construction. She has established herself as a real estate expert working on complex projects and participating in due diligence procedures for various companies.
