PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sandra is a knowledgeable attorney with extensive experience stemming from her management of her private practice and engagements with several reputable law firms (in Croatia and abroad), as well as with the European Court of Human Rights. She began collaborating as an independent attorney with DTB in 2021. She is an expert in human rights education for legal professionals certified by the Council of Europe.

She excels in the practice of civil and real estate law, including dispute resolution. As regards real estate, she provides domestic and foreign clients with expert advice and representation in real estate purchase and development procedures, in complex development projects concerning renewables, in urban planning, permits, project investment and property restitution procedures.

As regards commercial and corporate law, Sandra applies her broad knowledge in advising clients on day-to-day commercial and corporate matters, setting up companies, drafting contracts and complex legal opinions, especially in respect of the EU law, as well as representing clients in complex litigation and leading due diligence teams. She has proven her noteworthy expertise in sports law by providing substantial legal assistance in the organization of the World Rally Championship. Additionally, Sandra is widely experienced in representing clients before domestic and international courts (ECTHR, ECJ) in complex administrative, civil, and commercial proceedings, as well as in strategic litigation.
