PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
| Dorotea Mimica joined DTB in 2024, focusing on civil and labour law while also supporting the Real estate team. In civil law, she handles a variety of legal issues arising from personal and commercial relationships, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing disputes related to contract breaches and property ownership, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Dorotea has developed strong legal research skills and is experienced in drafting motions, appeals, and claims, as well as handling enforcement procedures and bankruptcy processes. She advises employers across various sectors on compliance with Croatian labour legislation and other employment matters. In addition to her work in civil and labour law, Dorotea plays a key role in ensuring that Real estate transactions and projects comply with legal requirements, addressing any potential labour or civil issues that may arise. |
