PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since Anella Buković joined DTB in 2022, her work is mostly focused on assisting clients in data protection matters, advising them on the lawfulness of their data processing, review and drafting of data protection policies and data processing agreements, including their employee data processing. She readily provides full legal support to various corporate clients regarding all privacy matters in due diligence and M&A procedures, as well as transfers of personal data to third countries.

In terms of Intellectual Property law, Anella’s principal focus is trademark law. She has been involved in registering trademarks in various national jurisdictions and representing clients in trademark cancellation proceedings and international trademark disputes. Her relevant experience with compliance in terms of e-commerce, IT and telecommunication, permits her to help clients with various regulatory matters and issues concerning national and EU compliance.
