PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Josipa joined DTB’s team in 2022, after getting her master’s degree at University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law. Her work is primarily focused on providing regulatory advice to clients operating in both regulated and non-regulated industries, including the tobacco industry, pharmaceuticals, food, consumer protection, waste management and ESG. She plays an integral role in the firm’s regulatory practice, supporting clients on complex regulatory issues.

Moreover, she provides clients with corporate support, advising both foreign and domestic companies on their day-to-day and strategic corporate matters spanning from incorporation to liquidation. She actively participates in the preparation and review of due diligence documentation and provides legal support to clients across a broader range of commercial law matters.

Alongside her regulatory and corporate work, she also advises on banking and finance matters. She has provided legal support regarding different aspects of secured transactions, including work on security documents, registration of security interests and the drafting of relevant legal opinions.

Due to her ability to engage in multiple diverse projects at once, Josipa is acknowledged as a vital team member who can be easily relied upon.
