Merkur osiguranje is acquiring Wüstenrot životno osiguranje

DTB’s team is advising one of the leaders in the Croatian insurance sector, Merkur osiguranje on the merger and acquisition of a well-known life insurance company  Wüstenrot životno osiguranje.
 
DTB’s Corporate, Regulatory, Employment, Dispute Resolution, IP and Real Estate and teams jointly performed a comprehensive legal due diligence of the target company.The acquisition is subject to regulatory clearance, where DTB is providing full legal support to the client, following which the M&A team will help close the deal in the coming months.
