KJK Fund III acquired regional leader for manufacturing rubber products, recycling and sale & distribution

Gumiimpex is a family-owned company manufacturing technical rubber products, recycles tires, and sells & distributes tires related products for commercial vehicles. The company currently operates in Croatia and several neighboring countries and is a market leader in its sector, with a consolidated turnover of close to EUR 60m in 2021. KJK’s future vision for the Company includes expanding geographically and utilizing expertise and infrastructure possessed by the Company to develop a robust R&D strategy and broaden the product offering for the years to come.

KJK Management SA is asset manager focused on servicing the needs of institutional investors and manages assets in excess of EUR 600 million.

DTB M&A team assisted KJK in all aspects of this acquisition.
