DTB advises Spotler Group on the acquisition of Webpower Adria

DTB provided legal support to Dutch-based Spotler Group, a leading European marketing technology provider, in the acquisition of Webpower Adria.

By acquiring this leading regional email marketing and marketing automation provider with more than 250 clients across the region, Spotler Group will further strengthen its presence in Southeast Europe.

Our full transactional support included due diligence, negotiation and drafting of transactional documents, and facilitation of the closing of the acquisition.
