DTB Advises Lenders on INA's €500 Million Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility

DTB is pleased to announce that it has acted as legal adviser to the lenders in connection with a €500 million multicurrency revolving credit facility entered into by INA, d.d. (“INA”), one of Croatia’s leading energy companies.

Transaction Overview

The facility has a maturity of five years, with two one-year extension options available to the borrower. The transaction was structured as a club loan with the participation of 12 domestic and international banks. Erste Group Bank AG and ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d., together with PRIVREDNA BANKA ZAGREB d.d., acted as coordinators of the transaction, while ING Bank N.V. will serve as facility agent.

DTB’s Role

DTB acted as Croatian legal adviser to the lenders. The DTB team advising on the transaction was led by Damir Topić (Partner) and comprised Barbara Šimić Rod (Attorney at Law) and Ljubomir Frane Peroš (Associate).
