New Promotions at DTB
In light of our ongoing growth and dedication to providing legal services of superior quality, we are pleased to announce that four of our colleagues are getting a promotion.
Having contributed with their expansive knowledge and experience to DTB’s development for years, our Senior Attorneys Dina Salapić and Andrej Žmikić have now made Partners:
Andrej has been an invaluable member of our team for 11 years, and is the Head of DTB’s Employment team. He provides valuable support to the Corporate and Commercial Law teams, and has provided labour law advice for numerous complex due diligence projects and company ownership transfer transactions.
Andrej has also successfully advised and represented a large number of highly regarded domestic and international companies from various sectors and areas of economic activity in amicable resolution of their disputes (both collective and individual) and litigation. Andrej’s experience and vast expertise are a great asset to our clients and our law firm as we continue to evolve and expand.
With 10 years of experience in the legal profession, six of which she has gained in DTB, Dina has extensive knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and she advises both international and domestic clients on some of the largest and most significant M&A transactions in Croatia and the region. Her broad experience also includes advising clients on various banking and finance matters, as well as complex issues of commercial and corporate law. Her proven track record of excellence and commitment to clients will be pivotal as we move forward to embrace new opportunities for helping clients navigate challenging environments.
Our Attorneys Sanja Novoselić and Dominik Glavina have proven themselves to be instrumental in DTB’s growth, bringing their extensive knowledge and experience to our law firm. They are now set to assume the role of Senior Attorneys:
Sanja has been on our team for seven years and is now to assume the position of Senior Attorney. She has shown remarkable skill in practice areas such as Real Estate and construction, Corporate law, and M&A, and she has demonstrated her expertise in numerous domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly within the real estate sector – from property acquisition and development to leasing and financing. Sanja will be instrumental in advancing our strategic goals. We are confident that her insight and dedication will continue to drive our law firm’s success.
Having eight years of broad experience, four of which he has gained at DTB, Dominik is to step into the role of Senior Attorney. Throughout his work, he has consistently shown special expertise in practice areas of Competition, M&A, and Corporate/Commercial law. Dominik often plays a pivotal role in numerous high-profile projects and transactions for some of our most prominent clients. We are confident that his continued leadership and strategic insight will be invaluable, and his contributions will further shape our law firm’s future.
