Sale of the hotel Bonavia

DTB acted as a legal counsel for the seller, Plava laguna d.d., a company managing an extensive portfolio of tourist facilities that include hotels, resorts and camps in Croatia, in relation to the sale of the stunning four-star hotel Bonavia located in the heart of Rijeka to the company Bonavia Rijeka d.o.o.
