Apple Heaven's acquisition of shares in Rabo

DTB provided legal advice and support in relation to the sale and purchase of shares in Croatian company Rabo d.o.o.

DTB acted as a leading legal counsel for the buyer, a Hungarian company Apple Heaven Kft, in relation to the sale and purchase of shares in the company RABO d.o.o., one of the largest producers and exporters of apples and nectarines in Croatia.
