Bringing extensive experience as a Big Four consultant and the Head of Legal at one of Croatia’s largest automotive companies, Ivo is DTB’s go-to person for all tax law inquiries.

As an experienced legal professional, Ivo has a proven track record of advising both domestic and foreign clients in several practice areas, including mostly commercial and labor law; he specializes in navigating the complexities of commercial engagements, contractual agreements, compliance and day-to-day labor law queries. His engagements often include drafting and negotiating business terms and conditions, ensuring client protection across diverse sectors, from startups to marketplace platforms.

Ivo gained a great reputation for delivering innovative and effective approach to work and has played a pivotal role in developing the inaugural Croatian platform for online vehicle purchase and car renting. Clients often praise him for his detailed approach and responsiveness.
