DTB won regional CEE Deal of the Year Award and Croatian Deal of the Year Award

The CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Award is one of the most prestigious and highly regarded peer-selected awards for the legal industry in Central and Eastern Europe. The annual announcement of the winners is the highlight of the social calendar of every CEE law firm, representing a genuine celebration of legal practitioners’ excellence and hard work that is crucial for regional growth.

We are proud to announce that DTB has once again won the respective award for the Nomad Foods’ acquisition of Fortenova’s Frozen Food Business, this time in two categories: the Deal of the Year in Croatia, and the Deal of the Year in the entire CEE region. This is the first time that a Croatian law firm has been recognized and awarded for its work at the regional level, which is a great privilege for our team.

We are extremely proud that the respective acquisition has been recognized and described as one of the largest transactions of the decade, in terms of both value and effects of the deal on the regional FMCG market.
