PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
| Andrija joined DTB in 2021. Andrija’s prime focus is on labor and civil law, supporting the corporate law and commercial contracts teams. He advises employers across various sectors on compliance with Croatian labor legislation and other employment issues. As part of the M&A team, he provides labor law advice for complex due diligence projects in M&A and company ownership transfers. Andrija has experience with residence and work issues for foreigners, transfer of employment contracts to new employers, negotiations with trade unions and works councils, collective redundancy procedures and matters involving management contracts, bonuses, severance pay, employment benefits, occupational safety, whistleblower protection and anti-discrimination. |
