DTB advises DDG Group in its acquisition of a majority stake in Novotehna d.d.

We are proud to have supported our longstanding client DDG Group, as legal advisors, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Novotehna d.d. – a construction company whose work has shaped the residential housing stock and public spaces of Rijeka and the wider surrounding area for decades.

Through this acquisition, DDG Group combines its own expertise in developing and managing investment projects with Novotehna’s experience, team and strong operational infrastructure. The transaction forms part of DDG Group’s Design & Build platform, which brings together investment preparation, concept development, design management, cost and schedule control, and construction and fit-out – further integrating the development and construction phases of a project.

DTB team provided comprehensive legal support to the buyer throughout all stages of the transaction – from structuring and drafting the transaction documentation, through negotiations, to successful completion.
