DTB advises Advance Capital Partners on acquisition of 50% stake in Adria Dental Group

DTB acted as legal advisers to Advance Capital Partners, a private equity fund based in Slovenia and focused on the Adria region, in connection with its acquisition of a 50% stake in Adria Dental Group, the largest dental group in Southeast Europe.

The transaction brings Advance Capital Partners on board alongside existing investor Provectus Capital Partners, with both shareholders committed to supporting Adria Dental Group’s continued growth and the further consolidation of dental markets across the region. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval from the relevant competition authorities.
