Advance Capital Partners to acquire 60% of Solvis

DTB represented Talan Group (Talan) in sale of 60% of shares in Solvis, the largest Croatian producer of solar panels and developer of power plants, to Advance Capital Partners (ACP), the largest regional private equity fund based in Slovenia. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other conditions precedent. 

This strategic partnership between ACP and Talan will enable the implementation of joint development plans, the internationalization of business and the development of new green energy solutions, which will significantly contribute to increasing the energy efficiency in the Republic of Croatia and the region.

DTB team assisted Talan in all M&A aspects of transaction as well as in respect of competition approvals of the transaction. Senior partner Damir Topić and senior attorney Dina Salapić from M&A group and attorney Dominik Glavina, from competition and corporate group, were the core members of our transactional team.
