Telemach completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Optima Telekom

After obtaining all regulatory approvals  from relevant authorities and fulfilling all condition precedents for completion of the transaction, Telemach – a subsidiary of the United Group – became the owner of 54.31% of Optima Telekom shares. According to Telemach, the transaction will strengthen the market position of Optima Telekom and Telemach, which will together continue to grow synergistically by offering a full range of telecommunications services.
