PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Zrinka began gaining experience in legal practice as soon as she graduated with honours (magna cum laude) in 2012. After passing the bar exam in 2016, she gained a master’s degree (with distinctions), majoring in international commercial arbitration, international litigation, and M&A at Penn State Law in 2017. She took the oath at the Croatian Bar Association in 2018.

Zrinka principally focuses on representing and advising domestic and foreign companies in the resolution of disputes in civil proceedings before commercial courts, as well as in commercial arbitration, and in enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. She has participated in a range of due diligence procedures in relation to disputes, commercial contracts, insurance, and corporate law.
