PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Iva joined DTB in early 2019, just after she graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka. She largely cooperates with the corporate law team and the regulatory matters and practice team, assisting her fellow lawyers in advising a variety of corporate clients. She advises both foreign and local companies on their regular and extraordinary corporate changes with respect to matters ranging from incorporation to liquidation and deregistration.

She actively participates in the preparation and review of documentation pertaining to due diligence procedures, as well as in the preparation of transaction documents. She also provides legal support to clients in wider aspects of commercial law. Iva is involved in several regulatory engagements, mostly assisting in the analysis of complex legal issues specific to regulated industries and promptly monitoring and informing clients about relevant changes and amendments to local regulations.
