PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Andro joined DTB’s team in 2022, after working as a legal associate in several reputable Croatian law firms. Andro advises clients on a variety of legal issues within the scope of commercial and corporate law, and particularly on legal issues relevant to employment law, real estate law and ICT.

In addition, Andro’s business engagement commonly includes the drafting of contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents, as well as research and analyses of changes to applicable legal regulations in various legal areas.

Andro is also experienced in insurance law, enforcement proceedings and dispute resolution. He regularly participates in due diligence procedures and transactions, particularly in relation to employment, disputes, commercial contracts, real estate and insurance.
